In House sales Executive

As a Sales Coordinator, your role will involve contacting existing customers for orders and keeping an eye on IndiaMart to promptly reach out to individuals who have submitted inquiries. You will need to understand customer requirements, provide quotes, and engage in further communication to convert inquiries into sales. Additionally, your responsibilities will include arranging proforma invoices for customers and coordinating with the dispatch department for material supply. This position is based in-office, and there is no requirement for field sales. Key Responsibilities: - Contact existing customers for orders - Monitor IndiaMart for new inquiries and promptly respond to them - Understand customer requirements and send quotes accordingly - Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales - Coordinate with the dispatch department to ensure timely material supply Qualifications Required: - Pleasant personality - Open to both male and female candidates In addition to the job responsibilities, this position offers health insurance benefits.
