Hiring | In-House Marketing Team (Indore | Work From Office)

I’m building a core in-house marketing team to scale my brand with consistency, ownership, and original thinking. This is not an outsourced setup and not a short-term experiment.

I’m hiring two full-time professionals, Indore-based only:

1.⁠ ⁠Social Media & Digital Marketing Lead

Role scope:

– Own social media strategy and digital marketing end-to-end

– Build content systems, guidelines, processes, and execution plans

– Stay ahead of trends, algorithms, and high-performing formats

– Think strategically while helping build a brand from the ground up

2.⁠ ⁠Creative Content Lead (Photography, Videography & Editing)

Role scope:

– Lead all photography and videography

– Edit reels, videos, and creative assets

– Execute strong visual storytelling aligned with brand aesthetics

– Translate ideas into content that performs and connects

📍 Location: Indore

🏢 Work Mode: In-house only (Work from Office)

This is not a role for someone looking for comfort or routine.

I’m looking for high-energy, deeply driven individuals who take ownership of their work, think beyond limits, and are genuinely passionate about what they create. I have zero interest in half-hearted effort, disengagement, or people working here just because it’s a job.
