In-House Legal Counsel

As an In-House Legal Counsel at our company, you will play a critical role in leading corporate legal, compliance, and financial partnership functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing entity setup, inter-company structuring (Transfer Pricing), and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. - Structuring and overseeing financial partnerships to ensure alignment with commercial and regulatory requirements. - Ensuring adherence to data security laws (GDPR, SOC2) and global compliance frameworks such as KYC/KYB, business licensing, etc. - Providing legal support for fundraising activities (equity & debt), FinTech business models, and regulatory approvals. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 2-5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in FinTech, financial services, or corporate law. - Strong understanding of corporate governance, financial regulations, and inter-company structuring. - Experience in data security laws, compliance approvals, and risk management. - Prior exposure to fundraising, M&A, and regulatory audits is a plus.
