In-House Dermatologist

Clinikally is India’s leading skin & hair health destination. We combine dermatology expertise with science-backed solutions to solve real skin and hair concerns. As we expand, we are seeking a talented and dynamic dermatologist to join our in-house team to drive content creation, PR, and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Content Creation:

• Appear in short- and long-form video shoots for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
• Communicate skincare and haircare knowledge in an engaging, relatable, and medically accurate manner.

2. Content Review & Vetting:

• Vet social media content (posts, reels, stories) to ensure dermatological accuracy.
• Collaborate with the brand & social media teams to maintain a professional yet approachable tone.

3. Content Ideation:

• Share innovative ways to present skincare and haircare topics, incorporating real-time audience needs.

4. PR & Thought Leadership:

• Provide inputs for and assist in drafting PR articles on various skincare and haircare topics.
• Represent Clinikally in media interactions, industry events, and collaborations with influencers (wherever applicable and needed)

5. Online teledermatology consultations: 

• Address patient concerns & suggest treatment options by way of topical (Rx & OTC) plus aesthetic procedures wherever needed in an online setting over Google Meet calls.
• Educate patients about their skin conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to maintain skin health. Also providing counselling on skincare routines, sun protection, and lifestyle factors that can affect skin health.

Qualifications:

• MBBS + 4-5 years of experience in dermatology & aesthetics (mandatory).

Or MD/DNB in Dermatology or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience in clinical dermatology practice (preferred).
• Previous experience in content creation or digital platforms (preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media trends and video content strategies (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex dermatology concepts.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of various dermatological conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, dermatitis, fungal infections, hair loss, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs) affecting the skin.
