Requirement 12+ years in Delivery with at least 5+ years as Tech lead in ETL Development Data Warehousing Cloud migration projects Very Good Experience in End-to-End Project Management using Agile Methodology in an onsite-offshore model Experience in leading a cross functional team (Dev test etc) and delivering Data Engineering Cloud Migration projects using google cloud technologies/services. Exposure to google cloud services BQ Dataflow Airflow/Composer GCS IAM CI/CD etc. Google certification will be a plus. Good understanding of Data Warehousing modelling concepts SQL Python. Responsibilities ?Provide Technical and management Leadership to Project Teams for Delivery Excellence ?Provide Technical guidance to team on ground and help troubleshoot resolve problems to ensure timely delivery ?Ensure technology expertise effective process compliance and standardization of process and delivery models ?Should be able to independently review project health and recommend actions as needed ?Measure Technical Project Performance through Project Metrics and take corrective action ?Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs. ?Identify Training needs (if any) coordinate training with respective training groups/engage with practice ?Risk and change management ?Effective communication and presentation Named Job Posting?
