Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting & Inventory Management

• Forecast weekly product requirements based on sales trends.
• Collaborate with Sales and MIS teams for brand-wise order planning.
• Place supplier orders post-approval and maintain optimal SKU stock.
• Share weekly stock availability reports and verify order pricing/discounts.
• Identify and manage slow-moving and new product inventory.
• Process spare parts orders and ensure proper POS material allocation.
• Coordinate PPP orders with Sales Team for Just-in-Time availability.

Brand Communication

• Communicate with suppliers on lead times, stock, and new products.
• Track supplier websites for updates and negotiate additional schemes.
• Ensure timely receipt of accurate shipment documents.
• Raise and manage shipment damage/shortage claims with suppliers.
• Maintain credit records and adjust against future shipments.
• Share brand promotional activities with suppliers via PPTs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.)
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and inventory software.
• Interest in supply chain, forecasting, and inventory management.
