As an experienced Executive for Import Export Operations at our company based in Faridabad, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the import-export processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with all regulations. You will play a crucial role in coordinating international shipping logistics, managing documentation, liaising with freight forwarders, analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes, tracking shipments, maintaining records, staying updated with regulations, and collaborating with other departments for forecasting and resource allocation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate international shipping logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. - Manage documentation for import-export, including invoices, shippers" documents, and BOE filing, ensuring compliance with legal standards. - Liaise with freight forwarders and other third-party agents to ensure the effective transport of goods. - Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Track shipments, update necessary stakeholders on progress, and resolve any transit issues. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide reports to management when required. - Stay updated with changes in import/export regulations to ensure compliance with company practices. - Collaborate with the procurement and sales departments to forecast shipping demands and allocate resources accordingly. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 4 years of professional experience in import-export operations with a strong understanding of the industry. - Proficiency in logistics coordination, organizing and managing transportation routes and schedules efficiently. - Experience in freight forwarding, managing shipments, and dealing with carriers and third-party suppliers. - Skills in order processing, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of purchase orders. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for analyzing data and generating detailed reports. - Comprehensive knowledge of export documentation and ensuring correct completion and compliance. - Familiarity with customs compliance, understanding legal requirements for smooth border transitions. - Expertise in supply chain management to optimize processes and minimize costs. - Deep understanding of import/export regulations governing international trade for compliant operations.
