Import Pricing Coordinator

As a part of the Glaube Logistics team, your role will involve interacting with overseas agents to obtain freight rates, providing quotations based on customer requirements, negotiating with agents, and coordinating vessel schedules. You will be responsible for problem-solving, studying customer needs, and updating customers on shipment progress. Your expertise in INCOTERM rates and international shipping terms will be crucial, along with your strong communication skills in English. Key Responsibilities: - Obtain freight rates from overseas agents - Provide quotations based on customer requirements - Negotiate with agents for the best deals - Coordinate vessel schedules and find solutions - Study and understand customer requirements - Update customers on shipment progress - Work with INCOTERM rates for pricing Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, pricing, or import operations - Proficiency in international shipping terms (INCOTERMS), documentation, and import regulations - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken - Decision-making abilities - Preferably hold a degree related to logistics (Diploma/PGDM/MBA) About the Company: Glaube Logistics is a top international freight forwarder and logistics solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, dedicated to enhancing supply chain efficiency and driving positive change in emerging markets.
