Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Import Export Supervisor located in Indore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Import Export Supervisor will manage the daily operations of import and export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing logistics, coordinating shipments, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The candidate will also be required to liaise with international trade partners, manage documentation, and handle any issues related to imports and exports.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Import, Export, and Import Export processes
• Experience in International Trade and understanding of trade regulations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
