Must become familiar with Export control regulations
Establishes shipping methods directly with the freight forwarders when not specified by customer
Enters packing slip information into computer
Prepares labels, waybills, export declarations, certifications, special attachments, government forms, BOL, and special mailing certificates
Enter work order and adjust inventory records for production control
Other administrative duties related to shipping and operations
To perform others duties as and when assigned by management or higherup.
