Job Description for the position of Imports Executive.
1. To make PO in SAP import & local
2. Follow up with principals for order confirmation & shipment etc.
3. To prepare LC opening documents
4. Coordinate with the bank for LC swift
5. To prepare high seas documents
6. To check import checklist
7. Follow up with cha for customs clearance of material
8. To prepare for duty working
9. To prepare E-way bill
10. To prepare import remittance documents
11. Bills passing & making checklist for CHA, transporter & forwarder bills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
