We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Air Import Coordinator to manage and oversee air freight shipments from origin to destination. Responsibilities include coordinating with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, ensuring timely documentation, tracking shipments, and resolving delays. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs clearance processes, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is a must. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and providing regular updates to clients and internal teams. Prior experience in air import operations is preferred.
