Key Responsibilities: File Bill of Entry (BoE) via the ICEGATE portal , ensuring timely submissions for import shipments. Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA agents, shipping lines, and customs authorities for smooth operations. Review and verify import documents such as invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading for accuracy. Classify products accurately with correct HS Codes and ensure full customs compliance . Address and resolve queries or objections raised by customs officers. Maintain real-time tracking of shipments and update stakeholders on filing statuses. Keep accurate records of EDI filings and compliance documentation . Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in Customs EDI Filing for import shipments. Strong knowledge of Indian customs laws , Icegate , and EDI procedures. Familiarity with GST, DGFT , and incoterms . Experience with software like Visual Impex , Logi-Sys , or similar logistics platforms. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
