Implementation Technical Consultant

As a Technical Integration and Implementation Support Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Client Delivery Manager to assist Enterprise Merchants and Integrators in integrating and implementing technical solutions. Your role will involve supporting integration and testing processes, managing small projects, and interacting with professionals across different teams to ensure seamless deployment of fixes and resolution of issues. Furthermore, you will play a key role in sharing knowledge through documentation and training sessions within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in integration and testing processes, including platform setup - Manage small projects and additional services requests - Liaise with professionals in Product, Support, and Engineering teams to resolve issues - Share knowledge through documentation and training sessions Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Experience working in a technical team/role - Experience analyzing and troubleshooting - Experience managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders - Highly organized with a good eye for detail - Creative and forward-thinking with problem-solving skills You will be based in the vibrant office location in Indore hub, within the APAC region. Additional Preferred Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing and/or technical role - Experience with reading application logs and server logs via SPLUNK - Knowledge of ITIL process and AGILE methodology - Awareness of programming/scripting language such as JSON, Java, or JavaScript - Knowledge of Database technologies - Multi-lingual and multi-cultural proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian,
