  Implementation & Application Support

  for customers during onboarding and post-implementation
• Assist clients with system setup, configuration, and usage queries
  
• Perform

  basic SQL queries

  to analyze and validate data
• Use

  Excel reports

  to track issues and support activities
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
  
• Communicate effectively with

  NA stakeholders and clients

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure SLA adherence
  
• Deliver high-quality customer experience with timely responses
