Implementation Manager (US Shift)

As an Implementation Manager at Sense, your role is crucial in delivering the contractor communication platform to customers in the US & UK. You will partner closely with customers to configure and implement Sense products efficiently. Your responsibilities include: - Creating Implementation Launch Plans with customers to ensure alignment on timelines and outcomes - Ensuring timely delivery of content and platform solutions through effective planning and communication - Training and enabling new SMB, MM, and Enterprise clients successfully - Managing multiple complex client engagements concurrently, ensuring they remain in scope and on time - Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to address customer issues and influence product roadmap - Meeting deadlines independently, balancing multiple projects, and proactively communicating delivery while mitigating issues Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: B.E. / B. Tech. with experience in delivering SaaS customer solutions - 5+ years of customer-facing experience, including 3+ years in a customer-facing role - Strong customer presence with Executive-level audiences, demonstrating diplomacy and grace under pressure - Passionate, proactive, self-starter with outstanding communication skills and superior organizational abilities - Familiarity with APIs, Postman, JIRA, and Asana This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Bengaluru in a collaborative and fun team environment.
