Implementation Manager, Talent Products

Role Overview: As a Product Specialist at Rippling, you will be a key member of the team responsible for driving incredible business transformations for customers through the usage of Rippling's Talent Product suite. Your role will involve providing consultative and customized solutions to meet the unique needs of customers, particularly in areas such as Compensation Bands, Recruiting, Review Cycles, and Headcount Planning. You will have the opportunity to impact customers directly while contributing to the long-term success of Rippling's Product Specialist organization. Key Responsibilities: - Set customers up for success by leveraging Rippling's Talent products and features to create raving fans. - Analyze customer needs related to Talent products and offer tailored solutions, focusing on areas such as Recruiting, Compensation Management, Performance Management, and Headcount Planning. - Collaborate with various internal teams including sales, customer success, solutions consulting, and customer support to drive product adoption. - Design and document new use cases for Rippling's Talent product suite. - Conduct training sessions for internal resources and customers. - Contribute to the knowledge base and serve as a subject matter expert on Talent products and features. - Work closely with the product and engineering teams to enhance Talent Products through active collaboration. - Support user testing and beta programs for new features. - Implement and scale the Product Specialist team by measuring effectiveness, suggesting improvements, and optimizing internal processes. Qualifications: - 3+ years of SaaS experience in roles such as Product Specialist, implementation, or customer success. - Strong prioritization and time management skills. - Enthusiasm to support other teams and customers with a positive attitude. - Attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems effectively. - Adaptability to evolving organizational structures and responsibilities. - Experience in collaborating with product and engineering teams for product development and launch. - Preferred: Proficiency in writing SQL queries and prior experience in HR or Talent Products/platforms.
