About The Role The Product Specialist team at Rippling plays a crucial role in facilitating remarkable business transformations for customers by leveraging the Talent Product suite. This suite encompasses various components such as Compensation Bands, Recruiting, Review Cycles, and Headcount Planning. Product Specialists engage with customers in a consultative manner, tailoring solutions to meet their unique HR and IT challenges. The ideal candidate for this role is a customer advocate, product enthusiast, and adept problem solver. What You'll Do As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring customers achieve outstanding results with Rippling's Talent products, fostering a base of enthusiastic promoters. - Understanding and addressing customers" specific Talent product requirements through customized solutions. - Collaborating across departments such as sales, customer success, solutions consulting, and customer support to drive product adoption. - Developing and documenting new use cases for Rippling's Talent product suite. - Providing training to internal teams and customers alike. - Enhancing the knowledge base and serving as a subject matter expert on Talent products and features. - Actively participating in the development of Talent Products through close collaboration with the product and engineering teams. - Supporting user testing and beta programs for new features. - Establishing and expanding the capabilities of the Product Specialist team by implementing scalable processes. - Evaluating the effectiveness and quality of Product Specialist engagements, consistently proposing enhancements. - Introducing processes to streamline internal inefficiencies effectively. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: - Over 3 years of experience in SaaS within Product Specialist, implementation, or customer success roles. - Exceptional prioritization skills and time management abilities. - A proactive approach in assisting other teams and customers, coupled with a positive attitude. - Strong attention to detail and a knack for solving intricate, interconnected problems. - Flexibility in adapting to evolving organizational structures and roles. - Previous experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to launch new products or features. - Preferred, but not mandatory: Proficiency in crafting SQL queries and prior exposure to HR or Talent Products/platforms. Note This position entails a hybrid work model, necessitating three days a week at Rippling's Bangalore office. Additionally, the role requires working in the PST shift.,
