Implementation Interns

You will be responsible for supporting new and existing clients in the set-up and utilization of purchased software. Your duties will include providing client service and account support, utilizing analytical skills, managing time effectively, and maintaining excellent written and verbal communication. Additionally, you will assist client associates and specialists during the full implementation phase, utilizing expertise in DP and Service Type to ensure a smooth transition. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma (some college preferred) and familiarity with office environments.
