Job Description

As a Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L1) at NTT DATA, your role will involve working closely with the Technical Services Implementation Engineering team to handle configurations, installations, and break/fix events of less complex nature. You will gradually develop the ability to take ownership of installations, incidents, and problem management tasks, collaborating with the team to meet client requirements. Your responsibilities will include performing less complex configurations and installations, attending to break/fix events, and providing second-line telephonic support to customers as needed. You will also be expected to demonstrate a basic understanding of technical design principles, project management processes, and exhibit strong learning orientation, communication skills, and client service orientation. A proactive hands-on approach to tasks is essential in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology, along with specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems. Some prior work experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role would be beneficial.
