Implementation Consultant
, you will play a critical role in both the successful onboarding of enterprise clients and the delivery of actionable data insights. This role blends software implementation, project coordination, and advanced reporting giving you a front-row seat to shaping client success and driving strategic decision-making through data. You ll work across departments and directly with clients to configure systems, deliver training, and build custom analytics using our
Momentus Elite Insights reporting tool
, built on DevExpress. You ll bring strong communication skills, technical know-how, and a passion for problem-solving to every engagement whether it s launching a new CRM/ERP system or designing a dashboard that drives business value.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation:
- Manage full-cycle CRM/ERP software implementation projects for client organizations ranging from 5 to 500 users.
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Principal Consultants, and Technical Services to execute configurations and support client onboarding through best-practice methodologies.
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather business needs, document requirements, and translate into platform solutions.
- Lead stakeholder and end-user training sessions for both configuration and adoption.
- Support project management tasks: creating agendas, tracking tasks, managing expectations, escalating risks, and ensuring delivery stays within scope, budget, and timeline.
Data Insights & Reporting
- Analyze client data needs to create custom reports, visualizations, and dashboards using DevExpress and other reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Tableau, Excel).
- Deliver data-driven recommendations and KPI insights to stakeholders via Zoom consultations and email communications.
- Support Zendesk-based ticketing system for insights/reporting requests and troubleshooting.
- Develop SQL-based queries and data models that align with client KPIs and reporting goals.
- Assist in internal training sessions to upskill colleagues on analytics tools and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software implementation or consulting in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven experience with reporting tools such as DevExpress, Crystal Reports, MS Access, MySQL, Tableau, Excel, or similar.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data visualization concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent phone, email, and Zoom communication skills for both client and internal interactions.
- Experience with HTML and templating languages like Handlebars or Mustache is a strong plus.
- Bachelor s degree required; relevant certifications or technical training preferred.
- Experience using Mavenlink (Kantata) or Momentus Software a plus.
- Industry experience in venues, events, or exhibitions preferred but not required.
- Willingness and availability to travel up to 40% for client on-site meetings.
