Implementation Consultant / Implementation Engineer

Role Overview: At Tactive, as an Implementation Consultant/Engineer, you will be responsible for setting up ERP systems at client companies, standardizing adaptation processes, configuring and updating data, identifying business requirements, and ensuring successful ERP implementation. You will also be involved in bug identification and resolution, client coordination, documentation, and providing technical training and support. Key Responsibilities: - Set up the ERP system in client companies - Standardize the adaptation process through client and site visits - Configure and update data in the ERP system - Identify and report business critical requirements - Prepare and update the implementation schedule - Ensure successful ERP implementation based on client processes - Identify, report, and resolve bugs - Publish the latest hotfix - Coordinate with clients on ERP-related requirements - Document communication with clients - Train client technical staff on hardware and software issues - Monitor, track, report, and govern ERP implementation projects - Provide product feedback to Product Management/Solutions teams based on customer requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated academic qualification - 1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and team management skills - Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Fast learner with self-motivation and comfortable taking initiative - Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills - Strong domain and operations experience in ERP implementation Apply Online: Upload your resume to explore career options with Tactive.
