Implementation and Support Engineer

Summary of the position - The implementation engineer will be part of the implementation team, and this profile requires good knowledge and experience in the implementation/technical field. The engineer will work with technical and non-technical people with the associated clients at different locations.

Job Responsibilities -
Install company software at clients sites.To resolves all issues and develop all programs according to client requirements.Perform various tests on process and prepare document and coordinate with the manager toresolve issues within required time frame and inform management for any delays.Coordinate with development team to design new programs for the client implementationactivities and manage all communications to resolve all issues.Identify problems and new requirements of the client, understand any new requirement fromthe client and implement the changes.Perform research on all client issues and document all findings and implement all technicalactivities.Assist clients to monitor all software implementation lifecycle and assist make appropriatecustomisations.Train clients technical staff on all hardware and software issues and identify all problems inprocesses and provide solutions.Improve software to meet the clients business needs and follow best practices and standards.Record and manage customer specific implementation user guides for company applicationsuser community.

Job Requirements -
5 to 15 years of relevant experience in the field of implementationSound knowledge of Oracle - PL/SQLAt least 2 years experience only in PL SQLA team player with good communication skills.Bachelors / Masters degree in IT or Computer engineering.Candidate should be open to travel within India and abroad as required.Valid passport is must.Candidate should be open to relocate.Candidate should be adaptive and flexible to work.Company offers open work Culture.
