Job Description

Data management & validation : Lead processes for capturing, cleaning, validating, and preparing programme, diagnostic, and market research data.
Segmentation & analytics : Conduct segmentation analyses, cohort tracking, and enterprise-level insights to support programme design and client reporting.
Impact analysis : Develop and manage analysis plans and question banks; deliver clear, actionable insights on impact and learning outcomes.
Market research & LNAs : Support Learning Needs Assessments, market studies, and diagnostic tool analysis with rigorous methods.
Visualization & storytelling : Design dashboards (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI) and data visuals that make insights accessible and actionable.
Data access & collaboration : Manage self-service data access requests via Metabase and liaise with the data warehouse team to align on pipeline priorities.
Organizational learning : Share best practices, frameworks, and tools to strengthen AMIoverall use of data for decision-making and impact measurement.
