IMOS Designer

• Follow the approved SOP for design and conversion processes.
• Maintain records of repeated design or conversion errors and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Production, Installation, and Project Coordination teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and accurate.
• Customize modular furniture systems based on client requirements and site measurements.
• Before preparing drawings, ensure the following are clearly finalized:
• Product requirements as per client expectations
• Fabric, wood finish, color shades, and design selections
• Any deviation from standard modules must be treated as a customized solution
• Prepare design and conversion drawings and upload them to the ERP system.
• Review and incorporate all revisions as per client or dealer requirements in coordination with the Project Coordinator.
• Maintain complete records of all design revisions and approvals.
• Share finalized conversion drawings with the Production and Planning teams strictly as per SOP guidelines.
• Create 3D models and detailed technical drawings using IMOS CAD software.
• Prepare cutting lists, drilling plans, and hardware configurations for CNC machines.
• Maintain and update design libraries while ensuring adherence to standard templates, materials, and construction practices.
• Export accurate data for CNC programming, edge banding, and other machining operations.
• Execute revisions and updates to existing designs based on client feedback, site conditions, or internal inputs.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Materials (BoM), nesting plans, and shop drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
