Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Sales Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Immigration Sales Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing accurate visa information, and guiding them through the application process. Daily tasks include sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with clients and providing personalized consulting services to meet their immigration goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the immigration industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
