Job Description

Role Overview

Sr. Manager Visa & Immigration Operations and Sales Support will lead the India-based visa and immigration delivery function, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations while providing strategic support to the sales team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end case processing, compliance, and client service, while working closely with business development teams to enable growth through proposal support, client presentations, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee all visa and immigration case handling for corporate and individual clients.
  • Ensure compliance with local, foreign, and destination-country immigration laws and policies.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround times.
  • Manage escalations, resolve complex cases, and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Coordinate with global offices, consulates, and partner agencies to ensure timely case completion.

2. Sales Support & Enablement

  • Work with sales and business development teams to design client proposals and solutions.
  • Join client meetings and presentations to provide subject matter expertise.
  • Create cost estimates, timelines, and process outlines for RFP/RFI submissions.
  • Provide market intelligence, legal updates, and industry insights to support sales pitches.
  • Support onboarding of new clients by aligning operational teams and service plans.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate mobility managers, HR heads, and individual clients.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for escalations and key accounts.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and service reviews to ensure satisfaction.

4. Compliance & Quality Control

  • Monitor global immigration law changes and update internal processes accordingly.
  • Ensure ethical, compliant, and high-quality service in every case.
  • Conduct periodic audits to identify and fix process gaps.

5. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of immigration specialists and operations staff.
  • Set clear KPIs for service delivery, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Law, International Relations, or related field.
  • Certification in Immigration Law, Global Mobility, or related specialization is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 08 years in visa, immigration, or global mobility services.
  • Experience in supporting sales teams with proposals, solution design, and client pitches.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of immigration processes, compliance, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, process management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority cases under tight deadlines.
