Immigration Counsellor

You are looking for an Immigration Counselor for Texas Review Kochi Branch. Texas Review is a Premier Immigration, Study Abroad, and Coaching Consultancy with over 10 Years in Business, enabling thousands of Students and Clients to move abroad to USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and more. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Provide counseling for Permanent Residency & Migration Programs in Canada, AUS, UK, NZ, and Visit Visa process. - Ability to explain various visa processes and help clients understand immigration procedures for their preferred destination. - Handle clients over the phone, by email, and through face-to-face counseling. - Interact with professionals/clients in person to assist them with their overseas process. - Understand clients" expectations and requirements, aiding them with relevant overseas career opportunities. - Call potential customers through assigned leads daily and secure appointments for the week. - Provide clear and accurate information based on current immigration laws & policies. - Offer a personal Global Career strategy customized to clients" needs. - Make outbound calls to warm or hot leads provided and solve queries regarding visas. **Requirements:** - Location: Kochi (On-site Job Candidate Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting the job. - Experience: 2+ Years in Immigration (preferred) or any Sales Target-based related to education or relatable only. - Good Communication Skills in Malayalam and English required. - Knowledgeable about different visa application processes, benefits, and special offers to clients. - Experience as a Visa counselor, TeleSales, etc., could be deemed as positives. - Skills to identify the correct prospect according to eligibility standards and convert them into our enrolled client. - Ability to Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. - Must be systematic & organized to maintain Regular follow-up on inquiries received. - Problem Solver - Identify, resolve queries, and handle client inquiries. - Ambitious and career-driven - Achieve goals and maintain best-in-class Customer service levels. - Willingness to take on any additional responsibility assigned by Superiors to enhance abilities. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with Cell phone reimbursement benefits and a Day shift schedule. The job requires you to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work in Ernakulam, Kerala. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and you should have at least 1 year of Sales or Client Counselling experience and 1 year of Immigration Counselling experience, totaling at least 2 years. Fluency in Malayalam and English is required for this role. ,
