As an Education Counsellor with a background in Study Abroad, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Counselling clients seeking PR for Canada and Australia on eligibility, process, documentation, and timelines - Providing end-to-end guidance for PR services from initial consultation to application submission - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on immigration rules and policies for both countries - Handling client queries professionally and building strong client relationships - Tracking leads, following up regularly, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments - Meeting monthly/quarterly conversion and revenue targets - Maintaining records in CRM and ensuring all documentation is updated and compliant - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely support and service delivery Qualifications required for this role include: - Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English language - Only female candidates are eligible - Preference will be given to immediate joiners - Minimum experience of 1-6 years in a similar role In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications outlined above, this position offers the following benefit: - Provident Fund If you are passionate about helping clients achieve their study abroad goals and possess the required qualifications and experience, we encourage you to share your resume at 7428897003 for further consideration.
