Immigration Consultant

Job description

• Provide end-to-end consultancy services to clients seeking Permanent Residency (PR), Study, Work, or Visit visas for countries like Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand, and Germany.
• Evaluate and analyze client eligibility for various immigration programs based on their educational and professional background.
• Offer guidance on visa documentation, process timelines, and interview preparations.
• Stay updated on immigration policies, occupation lists, and program requirements for various countries.
• Address client queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person consultations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience and high success rate.
• Collaborate with the internal team to meet sales and service targets.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the immigration industry with proven expertise in handling cases for countries like Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand, and Germany.
• Strong knowledge of visa types, eligibility requirements, and immigration regulations for the above-mentioned countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Experience:

• Immigration Counselling: 1 year (Required)
