Immigration Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant to join our Kottayam team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in counselling clients for PR and visa options, particularly for Australia, Canada, Germany, and the UK. You will be responsible for providing accurate information, guiding clients through application processes, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from consultation to submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person and online counselling sessions with prospective clients.
• Assess eligibility for PR and visa programs in various countries.
• Guide clients through documentation and application procedures.
• Stay updated on immigration policies and program changes.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration consulting.
• Strong knowledge of PR and visa programs for Australia, Canada, Germany, UK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online research.

Preferred:

• Experience in counselling for student visas is an added advantage.
• Fluency in Malayalam and English.
