Immigration Consultant (Sales & Client Relations)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our team in Kollam,Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and providing expert guidance on a range of immigration services. This role requires a strong focus on sales and the ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Actively generate new business by identifying and pursuing sales leads, converting inquiries into clients, and achieving sales targets.
• Client Consultation: Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess their eligibility for various immigration programs (e.g., VETASSESS, skilled migration, family visas).
• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, updates, and professional advice throughout their immigration journey.
• Documentation & Application Support: Guide clients in the preparation and submission of accurate and complete documentation for their visa applications.
• Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest immigration policies and regulations for key destinations such as Australia, Canada, and the UK.
• Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in a sales-focused role, preferably within the immigration or education consultancy sector.
• Strong understanding of immigration processes for countries like Australia, Canada, or others is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a distinct advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
