Immigration Caseworker

Manage immigration applications for work, study, and permanent residency, ensuring compliance with relevant immigration guidelines. Assist clients with visa applications, including skilled migration and family visas, and represent them in appeals. Guide clients through the visa process for work, residency, and student visas, while liaising with immigration authorities. Handle visa applications for work, family reunification, and settlement, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. Oversee visa applications, green cards, and naturalization processes, representing clients in immigration court. Advise on Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), and track deadlines for application submissions. Stay updated on immigration laws, prepare visa documentation, and manage client communications with immigration authorities. Prepare and submit visa applications, manage deadlines, and advocate for clients during hearings and tribunal proceedings. Provide support through the immigration process, including student and family visas, and represent clients in tribunal appeals. Provide ongoing support for clients through immigration agencies, ensure timely submissions, and represent in deportation or appeal cases.
