We looking for an Immigration Caseworker, to join our Inida Team in Whitefield, Bangalore,. The Immigration Caseworker will assist the Canadian Immigration Team on Permanent and Temporary immigration files.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in the preparation and filing of immigration applications for Temporary and Permanent residence visas.
• Research requirements for immigration processes/documentation via internet, direct phone communication with visa offices, host country government authorities
• Prepare, organize, and submit standardized, well-written, and error-free support/sponsor letters and all appropriate forms in a timely manner.
• Interact with clients to obtain and complete documents required for visa applications.
• Review documentation provided by applicants for accuracy prior to delivery to representative for final review.
• Complete assessments of immigration requirements based on information provided by clients.
• Act as intermediary between representative and clients.
• Record keeping and managing all client data files within the company database and maintain confidentiality.
• Respond to client requests and inquiries regarding immigration requirements.

What you bring to this role:

• 2-3 plus years of Immigration experience preferred.
• College or University degree an asset.
• Knowledge of immigration practices and procedures an asset.
• Foreign/second language capabilities are preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively, and to evaluate the quality of the information.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Languages

• Knowledge of English and Hindi will be an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
