Role- Branch Manager for Skybird International Branch
Location- Ahmedabad
Timings- 10:00 AM-6:30 PM
Work experience- 3+ Yrs in immigration industry on sales profile or other managerial profile must posses counselling experience in US, UK , AUS, NZ and European countries.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Branch Manager to oversee our operations in Ahmedabad . This role is critical to our expansion and will require a leader who can effectively manage teams, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional client services across two key regions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Overall Branch Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of both the Ahmedabad and Mohali branches, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of immigration consultants, visa processing officers, and administrative staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Business Development & Sales: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for both branches. Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Client Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of exceptional service, addressing client concerns, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure strict adherence to all immigration laws, regulations, and company policies in both locations. Stay updated on changes in immigration policies and guide the team accordingly.
