Immigration Branch Manager

Role Overview:

The Branch Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient service delivery, team management, and achievement of business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies to promote our services, maintaining high-quality client interactions, and managing a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Ensure smooth functioning of the branch, meeting client needs with professionalism.
• Monitor and manage branch activities, including immigration consultancy, education programs, and promotional events.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.

2. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of counselors, educators, and support staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

3. Client Engagement

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure resolution of concerns in a timely manner.
• Support and guide clients in immigration processes and educational services.

4. Business Development

• Plan and execute strategies to increase footfall and brand awareness.
• Identify opportunities for growth and new partnerships.

5. Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and branch operations.
• Prepare performance reports for senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
