We are hiring Immigration professionals in Global Employer Services (GES) team. This role is Work from Office.

Role Overview:

The Immigration Assistant will support the Global Employer Services team in managing immigration processes and providing efficient administrative support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual eager to learn about global mobility and immigration services. The candidate will assist in ensuring smooth documentation, compliance, and timely client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Prepare and organize immigration documents, forms, and templates.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate client and case records in immigration software.
  1. Case Management:
  • Track and monitor immigration cases to ensure timely submission and compliance with deadlines.
  • Coordinate with clients to collect necessary information and documentation.
  1. Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all applications meet regulatory and procedural standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information and records.
  1. Client Interaction:
  • Assist in responding to client queries with guidance from senior team members.
  • Provide updates on case statuses and highlight any missing documentation.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the GES team to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
  • Support internal coordination with other departments, such as Legal and HR, as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of immigration processes (preferred but not mandatory),
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
