Responsibilities 1 Solution Design Analyze business requirements and design MES solutions that optimize production processes Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems 2 Configuration and Customization Configure and customize Apriso MES software modules to meet specific client needs This includes defining workflows data models and user interfaces 3 Technical Leadership Lead development teams providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices Oversee software development testing and deployment 4 Integration Integrate Apriso MES solutions with other enterprise systems such as ERP SCADA and PLCs to create a unified manufacturing ecosystem 5 Performance Optimization Monitor system performance identify bottlenecks and optimize processes for efficiency 6 Documentation Create detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams functional specifications and user manuals 7 Experience with MES Solution Design and Implementation of Apriso based MES minimum 4 yrs 8 Solution design 9 Experience with MES Support Up gradation Implementation of Apriso based MES minimum 2 upgrades migration 10 Good Knowledge of manufacturing domains like Aero IM CPG Auto etc 11 Good knowledge and working experience in Apriso Production min 4 to 5 years of experience 12 Good knowledge and working experience in Apriso Process Builder Machine Integrator Archiving Business Integrator min 4 to 5 years of experience 13 Good knowledge and working experience in Apriso Maintenance min 2 to 3 years of experience 14 Good knowledge and working experience in Apriso Warehouse min 4 to 5 years of experience 15 Good knowledge and working experience in Apriso Quality min 4 to 5 years of experience 16 Good knowledge and working experience in Apriso Time Labor min 3 year of experience 17 Good knowledge of Apriso dashboard and MPI is added advantage 18 Good knowledge and experience in Java scripting cnet aspnet SQL server Oracle 19 Good knowledge and experience in SDLC phases and agile processes 20 Good communication skills Strong leadership skills managing team and dealing with end users and
