Hi Jobseekers, We are hiring a Performance Test Analyst with strong hands-on experience in performance testing tools and methodologies. If you are a self-driven testing professional with a deep understanding of performance tuning and system behavior analysis, we want to hear from you! Role: Test Analyst Performance Testing Mandatory Load runner Total Experience: 8+ Years Relevant Experience: 5-8 Years Background Check: Required before onboarding Location: Pune Notice: immediate to 15days(only) Domain: Banking Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner. Use monitoring tools to identify performance bottlenecks and system anomalies. Conduct load, stress, endurance, and spike testing based on system requirements. Generate and present detailed performance analysis reports to technical and business stakeholders. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams for performance tuning. Apply best practices in performance testing to ensure system stability and scalability. Required Skills: Strong expertise in LoadRunner Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, etc.). Good knowledge of performance metrics, profiling, and tuning techniques. Experience working in the Banking domain is a plus. Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills. Why Join Us?
