Work with team members to establish best practices. Interact and work closely with product managers to devise solutions and break them down into incremental production-ready user stories. Actively participate in Daily Standups, Team Iteration Planning Meetings, Team Retrospectives, and Story Acceptance Sessions Grow technical capabilities / expertise and provide guidance to other members on the team and the program Note: All these skills should be mentioned in the profiles, else profiles will not be considered.
