The Opportunity:

As an Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, strategically integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) where it significantly enhances capabilities. You will work on projects focused on highly parallelizable tasks like charge entry and payment posting, directly impacting our operational efficiency and service delivery. This role requires a blend of strong technical acumen, a creative problem-solving mindset, and a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and resilient RPA solutions using various automation frameworks and tools.
• Evaluate business processes for automation opportunities and provide expert recommendations on solution design.
• Integrate AI/ML models and services into RPA workflows to enhance decision-making, data extraction, and process intelligence (e.g., OCR, natural language processing).
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automation scripts and applications, primarily utilizing

• Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, subject matter experts, and other engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployed automation processes, ensuring high availability and continuous improvement.
• Document automation solutions, including design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in automation, RPA, and AI.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our automation frameworks and development methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automation design and implementation.

• Strong proficiency with Playwright for web automation.

• Solid programming experience with Golang.

• Deep understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM manipulation, network requests).

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience with building highly parallelizable and scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other RPA platforms or frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare administrative processes (e.g., charge entry, payment posting).
