About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Stewards/Servers to join our Food & Beverage team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating.
• Present menus and take accurate food & beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining space.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle queries or complaints politely.
• Follow restaurant/hotel service standards and hygiene protocols.
• Assist in table setup, clearing, replenishing items, and overall service flow.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
• Support special events, banquets, or busy shifts as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience preferred (Freshers can also apply).
• Good communication and guest-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of F&B service and table etiquette.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours.
• Team player with a professional and customer-friendly attitude.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Education

• HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred.

Salary

• As per industry standards (based on experience).

• Navi Mumbai (specific area can be added if needed)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
