Job Title :- Campaign Management

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute multi-channel customer communication campaigns (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, Push, RCS)
Use
SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, PL/SQL)
to extract, transform, and analyze customer data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, CRM, Data Engineering) to gather campaign requirements
Build and manage
data pipelines
using tools like
Databricks
and
PySpark
Perform
post-campaign analytics
and generate actionable insights
Automate recurring tasks using Python or scripting tools
Ensure campaign accuracy, data compliance, and timely execution in a
Linux
environment

Required Skills:

Strong command of
SQL
(PostgreSQL, MySQL, PL/SQL)
Basic knowledge of
Python
scripting
Experience with
PySpark
and large dataset handling (preferred)
Familiarity with
Databricks
, ETL tools, and data pipelines
Experience with enterprise communication platforms (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, Push, RCS)
Good understanding of marketing operations and customer segmentation
Comfortable working in
Linux/Unix
environments
