Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage site selection, acquisition, and development planning for real estate projects.
Oversee construction activities on-site to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes.
Conduct feasibility studies to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement in project design and execution.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental standards throughout the development process.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-7 years of experience in real estate construction or a related field (finishing).
Strong understanding of land acquisition, real estate marketing, valuation, and construction processes.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions about site selection and development planning.
