Job Description

Position: International Voice Process (Full-Time, Permanent) Industry: BPO / Call Centre Location: On-site (No virtual interviews) Job Responsibilities: We are seeking candidates for our International Voice Process role, responsible for handling customer calls from various countries. The role involves providing product, service, or technical support to resolve customer inquiries effectively. Perks & Benefits: Enhance emotional intelligence and communication skills. Two-way cab facility available (night shifts, only within a 25km radius). Preferred Candidate Profile: Fluency in English is mandatory. Strong communication skills. Open to fresher candidates. Education: Graduates and Postgraduates can apply. Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts with rotational week-offs (5 working days per week). Comfortable with on-site work (WFO). Immediate joiners preferred.
