Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and process optimization. Government Liaison: Navigate the complexities of a government organization, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 10+ professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Process Orientation: Implement, monitor, and refine operational processes to drive efficiency and productivity. Strategic Execution: Develop and execute operational strategies to meet business objectives and project milestones.
