Job Description

Role & responsibilities Coordinate and schedule IMAC activities across various departments or sites. Serve as the primary point of contact for all IMAC-related service requests. Liaise with end-users, IT support teams, vendors, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery of IMAC services. Track and manage IT assets using asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar). Maintain accurate records of all asset movements and configurations. Monitor compliance with IT policies and security standards during installations or relocations. Provide regular reports on IMAC activities, including KPIs and SLA adherence. Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment provisioning and decommissioning. Troubleshoot or escalate issues encountered during IMAC operations. Contribute to continuous improvement of IMAC processes and documentation.
