Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide expert support for Informatica IICS, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data integration and ETL processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and improve system efficiency.
Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
Provide training and support to end-users on IICS functionalities.

Experience Requirement:

5 - 8 years of experience in supporting data integration platforms, with a strong focus on Informatica IICS.
Proven track record in resolving complex ETL-related technical issues.
Experience in working in production support environments and handling incident management.
Familiarity with change management processes and root cause analysis techniques.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills in technical support roles.
