Job Description

Role Overview

As a Senior IFS Cloud FSM Consultant, you will lead the implementation and optimization of Field Service Management solutions using IFS Cloud. Youll collaborate with clients across industries to streamline service operations, improve technician productivity, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IFS Cloud FSM solutions including scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce, service contracts, and warranty management.
Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to IFS FSM capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with CRM, ERP, and third-party systems.
Provide guidance on industry best practices for service-centric organizations (e.g., Telco, EPCI, Manufacturing, Logistics).
Support testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in ERP or FSM consulting, with at least 5 years in IFS FSM.
Strong hands-on experience with IFS FSM Cloud, V10, and Aurena technologies.
Proven track record of leading multiple IFS FSM implementations or upgrades.
Deep understanding of FSM modules: PSO (Planning & Scheduling Optimization), Service Contracts, Mobile Field Service, and Work Order Management.
Familiarity with IFS tools like Scope Tool, ClickLearn, and FSM integrations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with FSM/PSO or CLICKSoftware implementations.
Domain expertise in Telco, EPCI, Manufacturing, Retail Logistics, or Services.
Knowledge of IFS Connect and middleware integration strategies.
Ability to manage customer expectations and drive solution adoption.
Certifications: IFS Certified Consultant – FSM (preferred but not mandatory).
