Job Description

Role Overview

As a Senior IFS Cloud EAM Consultant, you will lead the implementation, optimization, and support of the Enterprise Asset Management module within the IFS Cloud platform. Youll work with asset-intensive industries to streamline maintenance operations, improve asset lifecycle visibility, and drive digital transformation through IFS best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IFS Cloud EAM solutions including Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Work Orders, Asset Lifecycle, and Equipment Structures.
Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and map them to IFS capabilities.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations specific to asset management.
Provide guidance on industry best practices for asset-intensive sectors such as Utilities, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Aerospace.
Support testing, training, and post-go-live activities.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability building.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least 5 years in IFS EAM.
Strong domain knowledge in maintenance management, asset lifecycle, and reliability engineering.
Hands-on experience with IFS Applications (Apps 9/10/Cloud).
Proven track record of leading multiple IFS EAM implementations or upgrades.
Ability to analyze AM data models and optimize performance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in migrating from legacy systems to IFS Cloud.
Familiarity with IFS Connect and integration frameworks.
Exposure to other IFS modules like Projects, SCM, and HR.
Willingness to travel globally for project delivery.
Certifications: IFS Certified Consultant – EAM (preferred but not mandatory).
